A little bit about me

It is my goal to provide you with specialized service and knowledge of the Orange County Real Estate market. I am a full time Real Estate professional. My business partner, Cheryll and I enjoy working directly with our clients through every step of the transaction.

I was raised in Orange County and I have had the opportunity to reside in a number of our beautiful cities. After some traveling, and a short stay in Northern Colorado, my family and I came home in 2003 and settled in to the North Tustin area. I am an active member of the local Real Estate Board, the Pacific West Association of Realtors and a recipient of Top Producer Awards in both 2005 and 2006.

I became a certified EcoBroker in 2007 and received the training to assist home buyers and sellers in identifying green and energy-efficient features in a home. I listed and sold the first solar electric powered home in Laguna Woods in November 2007. This property was remodeled by a local Green Builder and video documented for the premiere episode of Greenovate on the Discovery Home Channel.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage provides my listings with national exposure. As a member of Realtor.com I update my listings and post Open House schedules online which is easily accessible to the general public. My marketing program includes advertising in the Coldwell Banker publication, View magazine, which is distributed to approx 240,000 homes in the Orange County and Desert areas every other week, television commercials on View TV Cox Cable Channel 3 and a strong internet presence with exposure on multiple home sale websites.
